Need to report a change in your household? Please fill out an Up-Date form and return it to property manager Sara Noth. You can get an up-date form by;

Need to have something fixed in your apartment?
To have repairs made in your apartment please place a Work Order by calling the Reception Desk in the site office at 658-2722 ext. 11. Please do not leave messages on Donna or Sara’s phone regarding a work order request. This may slow the process for the Work Order to be completed.

*To make additional improvements to your apartment such as installing any TV services or additional electrical outlets please submit a Home Improvement Form. Forms are provided in the office or call the Reception Desk at ext. 11 to have one sent to you.*

Having problems with your neighbors?
If you are experiencing minor problems with your neighbor please contact Donna at 658-2722 ext. 14. A Conflict Resolution meeting can be set up to address the problem. If you are worried about the safety of others or you think a law has been broken call the Burlington Police Department immediately at 911. If you are concerned about drugs call Burlington Police Department’s Drug Tip Line at 540-2420 and calls are confidential.

Having problems paying your monthly bills?
Expenses can add up quick! If you are having problems paying all your bills look for help as soon as possible. Before you fall behind in your rent please contact Donna at ext. 14 in the office so an arrangement can be made. Here are some local resources that can help.

Community Servicess- Northgate offers several services to its residents.

• Community Dinner and Events- Holiday parties, special dinners like the Annual Soup Stampede Cook-Off, Winter and Summer BBQs. Special events such Northgate Green-Up Day, Dumpster Day and Yard Sale.
  
• Adult Services- educational workshops, Old Time Radio Shows, and passes to local museums and theaters.
  
• Youth Services- Teen Drop-in Time, Family Room, field trips, arts and crafts.
  
• Community Van Trips- Weekly van trips go to; Costco, Price Chopper, Hannaford’s, Food Shelf, Wal-Mart, Goodwill, local banks, and some special events. Please contact the Community Services Coordinator at 658-2722 ext. 16 for more information on the Community Van Schedule.

Community Hall- Residents can use the Community Hall for large functions they might be hosting. There is a $12 yearly fee for residents to use it. Residents may book the Community Hall by contacting the Community Services Coordinator by calling (802) 658-2722 ext. 16 or stopping by the Northgate office.

Northgate Residents’ Ownership Corporation Board (NROC),
Committee Meetings and Events- For more information please contact the Community Builder Abby Russell at 658-2722 ext. 19 or arussell@northgateapartments.org.

• Board Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., dinner at 5:30 p.m. Please call the Community Builder for information about the meeting or to confirm the date.
• Resident Meetings are held quarterly in March, June, September, and December. They usually happen during the regularly scheduled NROC board meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of that month. FREE community dinner at 5:30 and the meeting starts at 6:00 p.m.
• Other Committee Meetings- Pet Committee, Environmental and Energy Awareness Committee (EEAC), and the Buyout Committee. Special Events- Coming This Summer, NROC BUYOUT CELEBRATION! We will keep you posted….
