After Hours Emergencies
If you have an emergency and the office is closed, call 658-2722. This is the regular office phone number but an emergency answering service will answer your call. Please leave your name, apartment number, nature of the problem and a phone number where you can be reached. The answering service will give the information to the on-call Maintenance person and they will follow up with your request.
The Northgate Office is closed for the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Bennington Battle Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.
