Northgate Apartments offers 336 units of family housing including 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Located in Burlington, Vermont, the site is within walking distance of scenic Lake Champlain and easy access to public transportation. It has 53 buildings on 38 acres of land as well as a Community Center and Maintenance shop/garage. The property has on-site parking, 7 miles of sidewalk, two playgrounds and a basketball court. Northgate Apartments are managed by Maloney Properties, Inc. and owned by Northgate Residents’ Ownership Corporation.

Northgate is a mixed-income housing community and rent levels vary depending upon household income. We offer 163 project-based Section 8 subsidies through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Eligibility restrictions apply.
